Each hike will be hosted by me, Linda K. Williams, a certified integral coach at Blue Skies Happy Trails, LLC.    I plan the hike, bring people together, sweat the details so you don’t have to, and then on the day of the hike I share some of my most helpful coaching practices along the way.    The concept behind Blue Skies, Happy Trails is that we all have our individual journeys, our dreams, and what brings us joy in life.   By blending nature,  movement and coaching,  my hope and intention is that each person that participates in the hike will have a positive experience.   The possibilities are endless…maybe on the hike you’ll start to make a shift, or you will have an aha moment, or at the very least you’ll have a joyful experience with other individuals interested in taking the next step.  Maybe that next step is not clear for you and a hike is just the place to start to discover it.

“If you are looking for an experience that will help you see things in new ways, have greater insight and do it with an thoughtful coach in the beautiful outdoor environment of the Pacific Northwest…then Linda Williams and Blue Skies Happy Trails is the  answer…I recommend you go discover the beauty on the inside while in the beauty of the outside”. - David Richards, NVW Coach

Blue Skies Happy Trails Hike Schedule - 2018

  • How much does it cost?   $30/person
  • How do I pay?  Once you contact me and are confirmed, you will receive an invoice via email.
  • What’s the deadline for signing up?  The Weds before the hike
  • How many people will be there?   The minimum is one, the maximum is 10
  • When is the hike?  The hike will start at 10am and be wrapped up by 2pm.   You’re responsible for getting yourself to the start of the hike.
    Where is the hike?
I determine the hike location & duration on the Thursday before the hike.   This allows me to really customize the experience based on who and how many people sign up and also to factor in the Portland area weather forecast.  Full details will be communicated by me on Friday morning.

  • Do I have to be in great shape?  No, this is not a race or competition.  I'll tailor the hike to the participants and the weather with the primary focus on weaving in potentially valuable coaching practices and self reflections. :)
  • What do I need to bring?   Put on your walking shoes and dress appropriately for the weather, bring your own snack and water.
  • Can I bring my dog?  Unfortunately no, this would be a distraction for you and the other participants.
